Weekly Account Transfer Result -MAY 06, 2010Hello,
We would like to announce this week's Codemasters account transfer service has been completed.
If you have applied your account's migration from APR 28th to May 4th but haven't got transferred yet, it means we cannot proceed the transfer progress with your account.
Mainly it is because,
There are some accounts (35 accounts total) which already contains characters in their Webzen account before they requested for the account transfer service. We have warned you once on the transfer service page as below.
" DO NOT CREATE A NEW CHARACTER ON THE SERVERS, UNTIL YOUR ACCOUNT HAS BEEN COMPLETELY TRANSFERRED"
If you are one of the list below, you have a single option in order to success your transfer.
1. Erase the game information that you already have on Webzen account by March 11th, and wait for the next week's transfer progress.
2. If you apply for the transfer service without erasing the information, you will be failed again .
You must have an empty character slot on the target server in order to move a character there.
Please understand that the transfer process is bit of delicate issue, so we strongly suggest you to follow as what we ask you to do so.
